Belarus becomes platform for civilian exchange between Russia and Ukraine

Today, a humanitarian exchange took place at the 'Novaya Guta' border crossing point on the Belarus-Ukraine border. Seven civilians are returning from Ukraine to Russia, and an equal number of people are being sent to Ukraine.
