'Postavy Through the Lens'

A photography exhibition by Tatiana Lobatskaya and Inna Stadnik opening June 2 at 2:00 PM in the district executive committee foyer. The exhibition captures the soul of the city through unique photographs created with support from the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local History.
