Belarus and Russia display air defense weapons
At today's event held at one of the air force and air defense training grounds of the Ministry of Defense, State Secretary of the Security Council Lieutenant General Alexander Volfovich, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Belarus Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, and Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin were present. They observed a demonstration of weapons systems designed to counter unmanned aerial vehicles—promising developments from the defense industries of Belarus and Russia. According to the Ministry of Defense, new air defense systems intended for effective combat against drones were presented during the demonstration. Representatives from both countries noted the high level of joint exercises and the coordination of military training.
