Belarus supports family reunification
Ivan Tertel spoke about assistance programs
Ivan Tertel, head of the KGB, emphasized that Belarus is actively involved in operations to reunite families torn apart by the conflict. He noted that Ukraine is the top priority: "Our Head of State feels deeply about the situation developing there." According to Tertel, joint efforts with the American side and other interested states are being carried out to help resolve various issues, including family reintegration. He added that in this area Belarus receives support from intelligence specialists of other countries, including Western ones. "This is purely a humanitarian track—we provide medical assistance regardless of passport, nationality, or skin color," said the KGB chief. Tertel noted that despite speculation, the reunification process is proceeding successfully, especially among children who have lost close relatives.
Belarus, according to the head of the KGB, is conducting operations to reunite families torn apart by the conflict, in cooperation with foreign partners, focusing on humanitarian aid.
