Lukashenko clarified the number of Orennik
At an informal meeting of the CIS member states' leaders, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko answered a question about the deliveries of 'Orennik' missile systems to the country. He stated that the number of systems delivered so far amounts to 'at most a dozen' (in his words). This information confirms the ongoing defense cooperation between Belarus and Russia.
'Orennik' is a Russian medium-range missile system designed for strategic defense and has already been deployed in the Russian Armed Forces since 2002.
