A meeting between Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and Russian President Vladimir Putin took place in St. Petersburg. During their dialogue, they discussed issues of joint policy and strengthening cooperation. In addition, a massive power outage was reported in California, USA, affecting more than 130,000 consumers.
