Minsk-Moscow: main line launch

High-speed highway construction connecting Minsk and Moscow is planned in Belarus. State Secretary of the Union State Sergey Glazyev reported details about the project at a special conference "Talk with the President." According to him, the new transportation facility will significantly reduce the distance between the two capitals and accelerate passenger and freight transportation. The statement noted that construction will be a joint effort by the Union State countries, and the project timeline will be aligned with overall national plans. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in the next few years.
