The President of Belarus noted that in the modern world there are three main power poles – China, Russia, and the United States, and he considers the European Union as the 'fourth' pillar. Emphasizing the internal split in Europe, he stated that this pole could collapse. 'India is becoming the center of new attraction,' he added. The President noted that, having excellent strategic relations with Russia and China, Belarus has started a constructive dialogue with the leadership of the United States, stating that it is one of the most powerful centers of force. According to him, the dialogue can be tough, but details matter, and negotiations are 'between strong parties.' The President emphasized the respect and authority of his country, stating that Belarus firmly stands on its positions.
