40 Hindus charged with vandalism

At least 40 Hindus have been charged with vandalism after attempting to destroy Christmas decorations at a shopping mall in Raipur. According to a representative of the Christian human rights organization Open Doors, over 60 attacks on Christians have been recorded in India during the Christmas period. The organization stated that surviving witnesses report 'widespread acts of violence' across various regions of the country, including major cities and small shopping centers.
