In an attempt to commit murder, a Telegram channel forced the activation of a plan
A case has been opened in Minsk involving foreign residents who reportedly agreed to a criminal deal via Telegram. Three suspects, aged 17 and 18, told Ivan Kubrakov that they were offered 'side work' involving murder. They were assigned to the agro-town of Budagovo in Smolevichi District to locate a target, beat a man, and send video content to the client. They were promised 300,000 rubles for carrying out the crime.
The young people arrived in Minsk, equipped with a knife, brass knuckles, a bat, pistols, and a gas spray, rented a car through car-sharing, and headed to the planned attack site.
Three foreign nationals were detained in Minsk, suspected of planning a murder via Telegram, with 300,000 rubles offered as payment for carrying out the crime.
