Ministry found violations in car purchase

Employees combating economic crimes in the Minsk region identified violations in the procurement of mining equipment for an industrial enterprise. A self-propelled mining machine was delivered, but the supplier provided inaccurate information about its permissible use, and the procedure for verifying compliance with explosion safety requirements was not carried out. As a result, an advance payment of more than 400 thousand rubles was received bypassing the official procedure. The entire illegally transferred amount was returned to the buyer, and the seller was held administratively liable for selling goods without a conformity certificate.
