Scammers call about water meter replacement

In Belarus, a series of telephone scams continues, in which 'specialists' from water utilities claim that water meters need to be replaced urgently. According to victims, the call disconnects as soon as the recipient tries to clarify their address. Law enforcement agencies are warning citizens about new schemes designed to deceive consumers.
