According to police officers, operators presented themselves as 'financial specialists,' promised high profits from stock exchange trading, and offered to transfer money to accounts they managed. It has been established that the criminal organization possesses a significant corporate structure, confirming the scale of its activities.

Police reported thousands of victims and collected funds that are not being returned. Currently, the investigation is ongoing, and the identification of all participants in the scheme is expected.
