Elderly woman damaged car in Frunzensky

An incident involving damaged car tires occurred in the Frunzensky district of Minsk. The Frunzensky district authorities worked to resolve a case involving a 61-year-old pensioner. According to her own admission, she felt that the car was obstructing her passage and decided to punish its owner.
