Perm case: attack on a teenager

Criminal cases on attempted murder of a minor, negligence, and provision of services not meeting safety requirements have been opened in Perm Krai after a 13-year-old schoolboy attacked a peer, reports the Investigative Committee. Classes in all schools of Alexandrovsk in Perm Krai, where the emergency occurred, have been suspended until February 24 following the attempted murder of a teenager, authorities report.
