Fatal act in Rhode Island

In the city of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, a flamethrower shot occurred during an NHL match between the high school teams Coventry and Blackstone Valley. Police reported that the suspect was a 56-year-old individual named Robert Dorgan, who usually went by Roberta. As a result of the shooting, Dorgan's son's mother died, and a relative of the victim died in the hospital from injuries sustained. Dorgan died by suicide at the scene. The reasons for the tragedy are currently unknown, and the investigation is ongoing.
