Kulbakov was awarded the Union prize

Vitaly Kulbakov was awarded the Union State Prize at the National Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus for creating concert programs contributing to strengthening friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Belarus and Russia.

The Russian Federation awarded a creative team consisting of Lyubov Podlesnova and Nadezhda Babenko for the exhibition "Immortality of the Heroic Deed. 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Republic of Belarus from Nazi Invaders." Additionally, a creative team including Vladimir Malyshev, Irina Zernova, Nina Kochelyaeva, and Diana Koblenkova received the award for the project "Cinema Education: Joint Educational Projects of CIS Member States."

The prizes are awarded annually within the Union State framework to support cultural initiatives and strengthen interstate relations.
