Inside the Horse Guards Hall

In the Cavalry Guard Hall, located in the very center of the Kremlin, opening the door reveals a rich collection of ceremonial attributes of the old Russian army. Among the exhibits are golden canteens, shields, research manuscripts, as well as a matte-gold bayonet in its scabbard and richly decorated horseshoes dedicated to the life of a cavalryman. In addition, inscriptions and illustrations on the walls show the history of the garrison's formation and its role during the era of Peter I. Special information panels are provided for tourists in the hall, allowing them to learn about the history of the items and their significance in Russian military tradition.
