Inside the Horse Guards Hall
In the Cavalry Guard Hall, located in the very center of the Kremlin, opening the door reveals a rich collection of ceremonial attributes of the old Russian army. Among the exhibits are golden canteens, shields, research manuscripts, as well as a matte-gold bayonet in its scabbard and richly decorated horseshoes dedicated to the life of a cavalryman. In addition, inscriptions and illustrations on the walls show the history of the garrison's formation and its role during the era of Peter I.
