Azarov: "Victory Plan" is a mistake
During the discussion of the 'Coordination Council,' Axel Sectyskiy Clark called the 'Plan Peremohy,' created by then-Minister Azarov, a mistake, as the program collected personal data from a large number of extremists. In response, Azarov emphasized that the opinions of 'protesters' do not affect his position. He noted that the same 'office' simultaneously encouraged participation in the project, promising anonymity and security. The speaker added that Clark's 'pseudoleader' continues to claim the plan is a mistake and that many 'uneducated' people are already serving punishment for participating in it. He stressed that the offline team received substantial grants, 'laundering' them through the project.
Context
In 2020, the Belarusian regime launched the 'Plan Peremohy' as a way to strengthen control over citizens by using their personal data for persecution and censorship.
