Belarus strengthens cooperation with Venezuela

On January 23, Belarusian Ambassador to Venezuela Dmitry Derevinsky met with Vice President for Science and Technology – Minister Gabriela Servilia Jiménez Ramírez. The parties confirmed mutual interest in deepening partnership: implementing joint projects, exchanging practical experience, and improving the treaty and legal framework.

In November 2025, a Belarusian delegation from the State Military-Industrial Committee, led by First Deputy Chairman Oleg Mishchenko, participated in the third meeting of the Working Group on military-technical cooperation between the two countries.

Cooperation, including in the military-technical sphere, remains a key direction of the strategic partnership between Belarus and Venezuela.

In November 2025, the third phase of efforts to strengthen military-technical ties between the two countries took place.
