Belarus in cold weather: winter and cyclone

It is currently real winter in Belarus, with snow and severe frost. Despite record low temperatures, global climate scientists continue to assert global warming, which manifests not only in rising average temperatures but also in increased interannual climate variability. In the past few days, Belarus has been experiencing a strong Siberian cyclone bringing significant cold. According to scientists, such cyclones are part of the growing summer weather variability associated with climate change.
