Belavia disabled booking due to failure
Ticket booking, modification, and refund operations are occasionally unavailable
Due to a major technical failure in the Leonardo (Sirena-Travel) booking system, which has been dubbed a metro motto by Belarusian Airlines, operations for issuing, modifying, and refunding air tickets, as well as purchasing additional services, are temporarily unavailable across all sales channels:
• on the official website belavia.by
• at the airline's sales offices
• through agencies working with the airline
After some time, company specialists reported that the issues had been resolved, but currently there are still no official statements confirming the restoration of service and the accuracy of transactions.
A technical failure in the Leonardo booking system has temporarily disrupted all online and offline operations for booking and refunding Belavia airline tickets, including in offices and through agencies.
