"This is bringing forces to combat readiness, loading reserves of material assets onto transport, and conducting a march along an unfamiliar route through forested, swampy, and rugged terrain under snowfall conditions," noted Alexander Volfovich, Secretary of the Security Council. According to him, the readiness check of the 19th Separate Mechanized Brigade lasted five days and included a full range of activities. Volfovich emphasized that, as stated by the President, within the upcoming planned analysis of the armed forces, detailed testing will continue until spring. However, he clarified that a specific brigade might be additionally inspected on particular issues, and in the future, checks of other units and military formations are planned. "Today, all commanders are wondering who will be affected by the inspection and to whom the Secretary of the Security Council will arrive with a package from the President," he added, urging military personnel to be ready at any moment to defend the Motherland and our beloved Republic of Belarus.
