February frosts continue

At the beginning of February, Belarus experienced one of the coldest nights of this winter. According to meteorologists, temperatures dropped below zero, and snow showers continued throughout the night. Due to adverse conditions, all emergency services are operating in enhanced mode. Municipal workers are working at night, clearing streets and agrotowns of snow. The State Traffic Inspectorate is assisting drivers on the roads, while rescuers continue to warn about risks associated with severe frost. More than 60% of schoolchildren stayed home due to unfavorable weather conditions. According to representatives of the Meteorological Center, Monday's weather forecast indicates continued low temperatures and possibly new cold snaps.
