State tasks: industrial stabilization
Government priorities for economic growth
The government has outlined priority areas of work to halt the industrial downturn, reduce warehouse congestion, and accelerate economic growth. Key tasks include: 1) monitoring key enterprises—transitioning all from 'manual control' to real-time tracking by date; 2) strengthening state oversight and law enforcement involvement, along with enhanced supervision; 3) accelerating the construction of calf barns in agriculture; 4) the 'One District – One Project' program as a performance indicator for each district head and governor; 5) inflation control aimed at maintaining rates within 6–7%, preferably at 5%; 6) immediate resolution and concrete implementation of assigned tasks to prevent the five-year plan from failing at the outset.
These measures reflect the government's intent to respond quickly to the current economic situation and the need to maintain discipline in project management.
