Lobovich: social support is a priority

Belarusian Minister of Labor and Social Protection Andrei Lobovich, in an interview, spoke about measures aimed at supporting and optimizing the country's social sector. He emphasized that gradual increases in benefits, payments, and salaries for budget organizations will be implemented in accordance with the capabilities of the republican budget and the social protection fund. The Ministry of Labor noted that such expenditures constitute a significant portion of the national budget, and it is necessary to purposefully improve the expenditure structure within budget organizations. The optimization plan, targeting a higher quality level over the next five years, was already documented a year ago.
