Lukashenko assessed soldiers at the range

President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko conducted an assessment of soldiers at a military training ground. According to the president, the inspection revealed both strengths and shortcomings. Participants with longer service (1.5 years and more) demonstrated a high level of training, performing better than conscripts from the autumn draft. The importance of collectivism was emphasized: "one person may be an excellent performer, but if the final one comes with a 'two', the result is unsatisfactory." The president noted that during training, the same number "produces" the result, and gave strict remarks regarding staff performance.
