Lukashenko praised Belarusian doctors for
President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko noted in an interview that Belarusian doctors actively participated in providing medical assistance to the wounded during prisoner exchanges between Russia and Ukraine. According to him, during the exchanges, special attention was paid to sending doctors to district and Gomel hospitals to better monitor the situation. He emphasized that "our doctors are great, they saved everyone," noting that some of the wounded were in serious condition, "without arms, without legs." Lukashenko believed that the medical staff demonstrated high professional competence, successfully handling the most difficult cases.
