Lukashenko starts military check
President of the country Alexander Lukashenko has ordered a large-scale inspection of the Armed Forces. According to Alexander Volfovich, one of the goals of the inspection is to assess the security of military units and their readiness to counter threats from modern weapons systems, including unmanned aerial vehicles. Volfovich clarified that the inspection will be a complex process involving several stages and conducted unexpectedly. The president announced his personal involvement in the inspection, although specific details and exact locations will remain unknown until determined by the president himself. The first unit to undergo inspection was a military unit responsible for technical support, housing various samples of armored and tank weaponry and equipment.
Context
The inspection is being carried out in light of Belarus's experience participating in the special operation and its desire to incorporate lessons learned regarding troop equipment and protection.
Lukashenko ordered a large-scale military check to enhance their defense capabilities and compare them with wartime experience, using drones as a threat.
