The president rejected restructuring agricultural sector debts
Today, within the framework of the regional state report, the President once again addressed the topic of the Vitebsk region, highlighting the need to resolve pressing issues in agriculture and industry. Close attention is being drawn to the northern part of the country, but according to Lukashenko, 'urgent action is needed to address problematic issues and bring the region onto a positive trajectory across all sectors.' The President rejected proposals for another round of debt restructuring for the region's agricultural sector and emphasized that 'no massive debt write-off should be expected or hoped for.' The speech mentioned livestock mortality and leadership accountability, as well as the general nature of measures being applied to other regions of the country.
