Lukashenko announces payment system

At a meeting, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that when discussing payment issues, the arrangement for all deals would be: payment for results. If the result is not achieved, no funds will be paid, with calculations made considering that 'smart' scientists and experts are developing approaches to achieve the goal. The president asked to report how the draft decree ensures the achievement of the set goal and what tools are used for its implementation.
