The president clarified the need to support the Gomel region
In the report by President Alexander Lukashenko, the main topic was the current climatic surge, heavy snowfalls, and the approaching cyclone in the region. He emphasized efforts to ensure the stable functioning of infrastructure, clearing streets and transportation routes. The leader clarified whether the Gomel region needed specific assistance regarding these circumstances.
In addition, the president was informed about the implementation of assignments stemming from the meeting in Vitebsk, where issues concerning the operations of agro-industrial complex (AIC) organizations were discussed. As part of the tasks, labor resources from industrial enterprises are being engaged to support agricultural organizations.
