Lukashenko discussed prisoner pardon

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko shared details about the list of prisoners who received pardons. According to the head of state, the list includes 15 people; the rest are of no interest to him. He emphasized that although these people broke the law, they are 'deranged,' and the ringleaders—'could have been kept from release.' Lukashenko noted that some of them are still in institutions and mentioned that in Germany, an additional office is being set up, fighting for grants and money in Brussels. The head of state stated that this will not cause them harm, but the desire to leave the country in a year or two will only complicate the situation both for us and for them.
