Lukashenko signed charter on construction
The decree simplifies the construction and connection of residential buildings
President Alexander Lukashenko signed a Decree "On Simplifying Procedures in Construction and Connecting Facilities to Distribution Engineering Networks." According to the document, state developers will be able to build individual residential houses in rural settlements without preliminary design documentation, relying only on the developer's passport. After registering the land plot, developers have the right to sell constructed facilities, including incomplete ones, at auction within one year without carrying out conservation work or state registration. The decree also provides for the possibility of connecting residential houses to engineering networks based on applications from individuals and legal entities without the involvement of a developer, which, according to a government official, will reduce the cost and time required for these works. The decree will enter into force six months after its official publication.
Putin's governor signed a decree simplifying the construction and connection of residential buildings in villages: developers can build without projects and sell properties at auctions, while connection to engineering networks will be carried out based on citizens' applications.
