Lukashenko: Half of fugitives are agents

The president mentioned talks and prisoner exchange

According to statements by A. Lukashenko, about half of the people who left the country are 'agents'. The president emphasized that, given this, 'the truth is on our side' and called for open and honest negotiations. He spoke about the reaction of external centers and said that the Americans have doubts, but 'we are in the know'.

Lukashenko noted that during the recent talks a 'pause' was proposed for reflection, and that in exchange for Ukraine, a group of their own citizens held in captivity could be transferred. He also noted that within the framework of military-trade agreements, they would try not to evacuate 'all BCB members' through the Lithuanian border, but instead send them to Ukraine.

On the same day, the second session of the Seventh All-Belarusian People's Assembly was held.
