Lukashenko: phone ban in schools
The president emphasized the need for socially beneficial work
During the interview, President Lukashenko answered a question about the ban on phones in schools and involving students in work. He emphasized that schoolchildren should engage in socially useful labor, especially in urban schools. According to him, children should understand that nothing grows on the internet or smartphones. The president noted that he personally tries to ensure children are occupied, as his own children were raised this way. He stressed that if physical labor wasn't done in school during youth, it won't be beneficial later on.
Lukashenko stated that schoolchildren should work and supported the idea of banning phones in schools.
