Lukashenko: integration vector 2027–2029

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko held a meeting of the Supreme State Council (SSC) dedicated to the integration process. At the end of the session, he outlined a new vector for integration development in all areas: economy, culture, security, and social sphere. In particular, he instructed to prepare the main directions for implementing the provisions of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State for the 2027–2029 cycle. Lukashenko called on members of high state bodies, governments, parliaments of Belarus and Russia, as well as the Union State's Permanent Committee, to carefully monitor the implementation of instructions with maximum personal involvement. The president expressed gratitude for the high-quality preparation and for the media representatives' contribution to promoting the integration agenda.
