Lukashenko: we won't take Vitebsk region

The president announced refusal to further strain the regions

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that further 'dragging' of regions, including Vitebsk, as well as certain enterprises in Mogilev, Gomel, and Minsk regions, would not continue. He emphasized that citizens must 'start pushing back' in order to live and work without unnecessary state-imposed obligations.
