A large-scale inspection of the armed forces has begun in Belarus by order of the president. The inspection is comprehensive and is being carried out unexpectedly. According to Alexander Volfovich, speaking to journalists of 'First Informational,' he talked about the situation near the country's borders. The Secretary of the Security Council and the Chairman of the State Control Committee worked today in the Lyuban district. During the inspection, it is emphasized that events and exercises are being conducted deep within the country's territory, at remote training grounds. They say this does not provoke or threaten anyone, and 'we are not increasing our Armed Forces,' but the inspection is being carried out as one of the objectives.
