On New Year's Eve, Minsk welcomed residents and guests into 2026 amid shimmering lights and a fairy-tale atmosphere. The celebration began at Oktyabrskaya Square near the country's main Christmas tree. A grand fair with treats, a New Year's ice rink, and joyful circle dances around the tree unfolded, while an energetic disco heated up at the Sports Palace venue.
