NAS invites university students

The People's Academy of Sciences of Belarus has announced a new format of interaction with universities: NAS academics will visit university classrooms to deliver guest lectures and seminars, as well as jointly develop course and diploma projects with students. According to the chairman of the academy's Presidium, Vladimir Karanik, students will be able to receive advice and feedback directly from scientists, as well as use laboratory equipment from institutes to test startup prototypes and pilot research. Karanik's brief statement emphasizes the importance of direct contact between scientists and school and university talents, enabling the identification of prospects for future collaboration and employment.

According to the announced program, after classroom learning, students move to NAS laboratories, where they work with modern equipment, practicing the development of applications and prototypes. This practice is intended not only to raise students' scientific level but also to accelerate the development of innovative projects in the country.
