New Belarus ambassadors appointed
Fisenko and Nikolaychik have been appointed to their positions
The Republic of Belarus has announced the appointment of new heads of its diplomatic missions for the first time.
Igor Valentinovich Fisenko has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Slovak Republic, and Yuri Vladimirovich Nikolachik to the Republic of Zimbabwe.
Anastasia Nikolaevna Kolosovskaya, rector of the Educational Institution, has become Vice-Rector of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts.
The new appointments highlight the ongoing efforts to strengthen foreign relations and cultural exchange of the Belarusian Academy.
Context
Previously, Belarusian diplomacy did not disclose exact appointment dates, but new appointees immediately started their duties.
Belarus has appointed Igor Fisenko as ambassador to Slovakia and Yuri Nikolaichik as ambassador to Zimbabwe, and Anastasia Kolosovskaya as rector of the Academy of Arts.
