The new law will come into force on February 11

Starting from February 11, in Belarus, obtaining a passport and driver's license became possible only through military enlistment offices. According to sources, previously these documents were issued at police departments. It is unclear which categories of citizens will be required to go specifically to military enlistment offices. The government has not yet clarified the details of implementing this provision of the draft law.
