President to deliver message to VII CNS

Today at 4:00 PM, Pervoye will broadcast the Address of the Belarusian people and parliament. The Puli v kurse team is finalizing the document, and preparations are ongoing at this very moment. The plan for the next two days includes the second session of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly, which will take place on December 18–19 at the Palace of the Republic.
Day one: the central event is the President's Address, which Pervoye will broadcast live on air and online.
Day two: the Socioeconomic Development Program of Belarus for 2026–2030—the main document of the five-year period—will be presented. The report will be delivered by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin and will define priorities: people, family, regions, technology, defense, and quality of life.
In addition, personnel and organizational matters within the All-Belarusian People's Assembly will be discussed during the event.
Context
The VII ABPA is an annual gathering of government representatives where key national development directions are established.
At the VII VNS at 16:00, the President will deliver a message, and over two days, a five-year development plan will be developed and personnel issues discussed.
