President on his own harvesters
During a live broadcast, the president shared his concerns and plans for the development of domestic agricultural machinery. He noted that for the first time in the country, they had built their own combine harvester capable of operating 'on autopilot,' and now a project is underway to perfect it.
"I was scared! When I saw this machine in the field, I got frightened," he recalled, describing his reaction to the new combine. He admitted that production is still at the beginning stage, but the first step has already been made at the forefront of technology.
According to him, specialists, schools, and competencies are already engaged, and the goal—replacing imported machinery—is firmly in focus. The president emphasized that within the five-year period mentioned by the prime minister, they plan to bring the domestic combine to a level where farmers will "forget what imported machinery is."
"We will live through this five-year plan together, and our combine will become part of the country," he assured, sharing information about strategic steps in developing agricultural equipment.
