President on domestic science goals

The president emphasized that domestic science faces several strategic tasks: the development of high-tech manufacturing, interdisciplinary research and production schools, as well as the integration of science, education, and the real sector of the economy aimed at implementation and mass production. He noted that increasing the productivity of collaboration and reducing technological dependence is the top priority. Scientists play a special role in the system: they not only generate new knowledge but also shape the strategic vision for science development and participate in expert assessment of key decisions.
