President clarified education center's work

The president clarified how the educational center's operations would be coordinated with universities. He warned: "We cannot afford to deplete the staff of the country's leading higher education institutions, (to whatever extent this might happen), existing scientific schools there, and especially weaken regional universities." The president emphasized that a decline in the quality of education is unacceptable. He noted that this affects both the international prestige of our higher education and the export of educational services.
