President clarified project issues

In response to the published draft decree "On Improving Scientific Activities," President Alexander Lukashenko raised a number of questions and requirements. According to the official press service, it is necessary to strengthen the structure of scientific research, improve funding mechanisms, and ensure broader participation of the scientific community in policy development. The president emphasized that any changes to the decree should contribute to increasing the efficiency and international competitiveness of Belarusian science.
