Army problems: Hrenin warns

Viktor Khrenin, an expert on military readiness, stated in one of his public appearances that today, if military personnel relax their tension, they will lose. According to him, a single mistake in the preparation process could cause a system, certified only in shooting, to collapse in real combat.

Khrenin noted that field exercises demonstrate accuracy, but they do not reveal failures in logistics, communications, mobilization, or cyberattacks. In his opinion, training does not fully test the armed forces' readiness for real operational conditions.
