Minister Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree in which the program's framework and goals were formulated taking into account proposals from scientists and experts. As a result of implementing the 2021–2025 program, over 50 innovative projects were successfully completed, and science-intensive and high-tech products worth 17.4 billion Belarusian rubles were created, of which 6.1 billion were exported.
In the new five-year period, organizations of all ownership forms will participate in projects to create new production facilities with priority areas of scientific and technical activities. By 2030, the share of innovation-active organizations is planned to increase to 45%, the volume of product exports is expected to reach 9 billion Belarusian rubles, of which at least 2 billion will come from residents of technology parks.
